What is responsibility?

Since childhood, bringing up childlike qualities, parents teach him to be, including responsible. What is responsibility? For a child, when he is small, this word means that he must fulfill his duties and promises that were given to parents, friends, relatives.

Life Evolution of Responsibility

Over time, as the child grows up, his circle of responsibility becomes wider. He has new responsibilities, and the young man begins to understand that his self-realization in life depends not only on him alone. He is aware more globally of what responsibility is. It is a person brings up such qualities as determination, will, a sense of duty. The responsible person learns to find a way out of difficult situations, and these decisions are made not only for themselves, but also for people dependent on them. He already understands all the consequences that may arise from these situations.

Over the years, the responsibility of the person becomes more and more.People become parents, and they immediately have responsibility for their children. In labor collectives, supervisors are always responsible for their subordinates. From the responsibility of management depends on the atmosphere in the working team, the result of his work. Because the responsible person will make every effort to complete the commitment on time. When a conflict arises in a team, it takes a residual decision for all its participants and controls the situation.

What is the responsibility of each person must realize in life itself. He should strive to become responsible, by his example show others that he has a sense of duty. Each of us must cultivate the qualities that will help us realize our responsibility to the family and society.
