- rice - 400 g
- dry white wine - 2 glasses
- vegetable broth - 1 l
- onion - 2 pcs.

- smoked red fish - 250 g
- lemon - 1 pc.
- cream cheese - 4 tbsp.
- champignons - 200 g
- Olive oil - 4 tbsp.
- parsley - to taste

Put a large frying pan or stewpot over the fire and pour in olive oil. When it heats up, put the finely chopped onions there and pass on medium heat for a few minutes. At this point, pour in dry white wine and leave to stew for 2-3 minutes. Then pour the rice into a saucepan, mix thoroughly and cook for another 2 minutes.
