Leg pain treatment

Treatment of restless legs syndrome is selected individually, in accordance with the cause of the disease. So, in case of problems with vessels, preparations with a vasodilating effect, physiotherapy procedures and warm baths of infusions of needles or chamomile are recommended. At the same time, these baths are contraindicated in diseases of the joints. In this case, it is necessary to take anti-inflammatory drugs and provide dry heat to the legs.

You can do a massage of the limbs before going to bed, but perform it carefully, using the restorative cream "Troxevasin", "Lioton" and the like. You can also raise your legs to elevation and lie down for about 20 minutes, thus restoring the circulation of stagnant venous blood.

It would also be nice to review your diet and increase your intake of foods containing potassium, magnesium, iron and vitamins. Particularly useful in this regard will be tomatoes, beans, liver, wheat germ, apples, peas, tongue.
