Nut Pancakes with Peanut Sauce

You will need
  • For pancakes:
  • - 1 cup of sour milk;
  • - 100 g of flour;
  • - 100 g of nuts;
  • - 1 egg;
  • - 2 tbsp. spoons of sugar;
  • - 0.5 tsp of soda.
  • For the sauce:
  • - 150 ml of milk;
  • - 5 teaspoons of nuts;
  • - 3 tsp of sugar;
  • - 2 tsp. Starch.
Instruction
Chop nuts for dough with a blender or with a coffee grinder.
Mix kefir, eggs, sugar. Add flour, soda, chopped nuts, mix.
Heat the pan. Lubricate it with vegetable oil. Put a ladle pancakes, fry over medium heat for 2 minutes.
Now turn the nut pancakes, fry on the other side for 1.5 minutes.
Cook the nut sauce. Mix sugar with starch. Add chopped nuts, mix.
