Peel potatoes and boil in salted water.

Onion cut into half rings, pepper and tomato circles. Fry minced meat in a pan with oregano.

Drain and mash the potatoes to a state of mashed potatoes. Mix flour with mashed potatoes. In the dough, add melted butter in a water bath.

From the pan to the plate shift the ready stuffing. In the same pan fry the onions until golden.

Roll out the dough to fit the shape. Form grease with sunflower oil and lay out the dough. Spread minced meat, onion, pepper and tomato on dough. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
