  • red wine (dry) - 500 ml;
  • vanilla ice cream - 4 pcs .;
  • sugar - 150 g;
  • orange juice - 2 tbsp. spoons;
  • cloves, cinnamon;
  • 1 orange peel.

Fruits must be peeled so that the stems remain in place. At the base, cut a little pulp to make the fruits more stable. In a deep, but narrow pot, pour in the wine, add sugar, 4 buds of cloves and 0.5 teaspoons of cinnamon, mix, and then pour in zest and orange juice.

On a small fire continue to heat the wine until the sugar dissolves completely. Then carefully put the pears into a saucepan, bring the wine to a boil, cover it with a lid and continue to cook for another 15 minutes, it is important that the fruits become soft, but not depleted. Pears and nuts salad recipe

To prepare you will need:

  • ripe pears - 2 pcs .;
  • natural yogurt - 60 ml;

  • instant oatmeal - 6 tbsp. spoons;
  • sugar - 2 tbsp. spoons;
  • vanilla sugar - 2 tsp;
  • cinnamon, lemon juice.
