How to sew a soft toy from a sock
Probably absolutely everyone faced with such a problem as the disappearance of the second sock. It seems there were two socks, and then after washing one was missing. This happens quite often and in the closet there are gradually accumulated several different socks, the pairs of which are lost somewhere. So what to do with them? The answer is very simple - turn these useless things into funny soft toys, for example, sew a pretty bear out of such a sock. For this toy we need: one any sock, pencil, scissors, thread, needle, sintepon for filling ( You can also use cotton wool or stuff a toy with shreds), glue, a small piece of satin ribbon, small buttons or eye beads (in this case, special eyes are used, they are usually sold in a fabric store).Step 1. To start putting our toe soles up and outline the contours of a pencil head and paws of the bear future.Step 2. Then cut all parts of the body along the lines.Step 3. Now it’s clear that this is not just a sock, but a future toy: we have a bear silhouette. Moving on, let's tackle our head - we will sew the nose on it with cross stitches, after drawing the outlines with a pencil.
Step 4. After that, you need to turn everything inside out and sew the ears, back and front legs.Step 5.Then we embroider the claws on the paws with black threads.Step 6. Then fill all parts of the body with padding polyester (try to fill it as tightly as possible).Step 7. Then sew the head to the body.Step 8. Attaching the feet.Step 9. It remains to revive the bear cub, for this we glue his eyes.Step 10.To complete the image - we tie a bow of satin ribbon around our bear.Well, that's all, a funny little bear is ready. That is what can happen from an ordinary sock. Successes to you in creativity!
