How to cook cod fillets

If you bought cod fillet in the store, you can cook it in a wine sauce. For this dish will require such products:

  • 700 g cod fillets;
  • 10 ml of olive oil;
  • 1 onion;
  • 1 bunch of parsley;
  • 10 ml of sour cream;
  • 20 ml of white wine;
  • salt, pepper - to taste.

First of all, you need to get rid of bitterness and sea smell: soak cod fillet in milk for this. You need to pour it into a bowl and put fish in it. After 30 minutes, the fillet must be pulled out, rinsed under running water and cut into portions. Then rub them with salt and pepper, put them in a baking dish, which must be pre-oiled.

Finely chop the onion, chop the greens and place on top of the fish. Put the form in the oven, heated to 180 degrees. Bake for 20 minutes. Then pull out the form, pour the fish with white wine and bake for another 5 minutes. After this time, add sour cream in the dish and put in the oven for another 7 minutes. Cooking cod steak with soy sauce

Reflecting on how to cook a cod steak, you can make it with soy sauce. This dish will require the following ingredients:

  • 1 kg of cod;
  • 1 tomato;
  • 1 onion;
  • 10 ml of olive oil;
  • 50 ml of mayonnaise;
  • 70 ml soy sauce;
  • 15 g rosemary;
  • salt, pepper - to taste.

Wash the cod, clean it of scales and entrails, cut into steaks. Put the fish in a deep bowl and cover with soy sauce. Add black pepper and rosemary and marinate for 20 minutes. Onion cut into rings, tomato circles. Mix the fish again with soy sauce. Take a baking dish, grease it with butter and lay steaks.Place onions on each slice, pour with mayonnaise, and place tomatoes on top and salt them. Put the fish in the oven and bake at 200 degrees for 1 hour. On the side, make boiled potatoes or rice.
