How to cook a pie with fish and rice

You will need
  • 400 g flour,
  • 1 glass of milk
  • 2 tsp. dry yeast,
  • 2 eggs,
  • 100 g cream margarine,
  • 1 tbsp. l sugar,
  • 2 medium bulbs,
  • 400 g fish fillets,
  • 100 grams of rice
  • 1 bunch fresh parsley,
  • Vegetable oil,
  • Salt pepper.
Heat the milk a little, dissolve dry yeast and sugar in it, add a few tablespoons of wheat flour, mix and put the finished brew for half an hour in a warm place. The remaining flour is good to sift and add eggs to it (one yolk should be left for lubricating the kulebyaki) and softened margarine. Now you can combine this mixture with a suitable brew and knead the dough. After kneading, put the dough in a warm place again so that it finally fits.
Boil fish fillets with spices and salt, cool and cut into small pieces. In fish broth, boil rice. Onion chop thin half-rings and fry.
Parsley finely chopped.Cover the baking sheet with parchment. Roll out the dough into one large layer and put it on a baking sheet. Put a layer of boiled rice in the middle of the dough, put fried onion, greens and boiled fish on it, adding two tablespoons of broth to the filling. Connect the edges of the dough and carefully pinch the seam of the pie. Grease the yolk, slightly diluted with warm water and allow to stand for a while.
