Touch phone is a fairly common gadget that almost everyone has. However, he is in second place in the popularity of breakdowns, after a broken screen - this is a failure of the battery. "Revive" the gadget with a failed battery is not a problem.
Only one shortcoming of such a solution to the problem: after the so-called modernization, you can only use it at home ... But as a video player, such as cartoons for children, or gaming consoles, or in extreme cases if your phone fails until you get a new one, it is quite suitable for using at home, for going online, for example ... You can, of course, buy a “native” battery for a certain model, but not always goods are on sale. Especially if the smartphone model is outdated for a long time, as in my case. The phone is still fully functional.Everything works, it “understands” not bad for its model, but there is no battery. This problem can be easily resolved on its own.
You will need
Sheet plastics, 2 mm thick.

Two wires (150 mm each, preferably black and red).

Assembling a battery for a phone
So let's do it first battery box. We take measurements from the accumulator 18650 (height and width) and by these measures we cut out with scissors from the plastic of the workpiece. If the plastic is no more than two mm thick, then good scissors will cope with it. Next, we solder the resulting parts with a burner. We install a spring (this will be a minus) on one seamy end, and use the second glue to bring the contact out, and put a tin plate into which it rests, plus a battery, on the second side.
Next, remove the charge controller from an old battery. We do it as carefully as possible! Do not forget about goggles and rubber gloves! This controller is most likely not working, if the battery itself has failed, but we need it only to contact the new battery with the terminals of the phone. Now we remove the measurements from the old battery, and cut out a plate on them from a suitable thickness plate.
This will be a kind of filler, instead of a native battery, which will press the controller from the old battery to the terminals of the phone. Just in case, I used another controller, which I took out from the unnecessary working battery at 3.7 volts. and which stuck to the outer side wall of the box.
Every modern battery type 18650 has a protection against recharging, and yet, an extra controller will not hurt! We bring the contacts of the box (plus and minus) to the corresponding contacts on the controller.Each controller has the following designations: B + and B- (battery) mean contacts that should be connected to the battery (battery, in our case!) According to polarity. And also the terminals P + and P- (power) that need to be connected to the terminals of the phone also in accordance with the polarity. Next, using double tape, glue the box to the cover of the phone.
We put a charged battery in a box, connect it to the terminals of the phone, again, respecting the polarity and using it!
Another disadvantage of this design; To charge the battery, you must remove it from the device! But there is one trick: you can use several 18650 batteries connected in parallel at once.How many batteries, connected in parallel, you connect to the phone - for so many times longer it will function without recharging. For example; one battery with a capacity of 2500 mAh multiplied by four of the same, will give a capacity of 10,000 mAh already! Voltage does not change with parallel connection.
And one more; If you use several batteries (for example, four), when energy is discharged in them, it is not necessary to remove them all at once for recharging, you can leave one in order not to restart the phone again. With one battery, the phone will not turn off, while others will charge.
