Fresh vegetable salad with mustard dressing
250 g of lettuce leaves of different varieties;
2 small sweet peppers of different colors;
250 g cherry tomatoes;
1 medium red onion;
1 small bunch of radish (6-8 pieces);
a few sprigs of green onions;
50 g of peeled sunflower seeds;
1 tbsp. l. sweet corn mustard;
3 tbsp. l. lemon juice;
6 tbsp. l. sunflower oil Oleina "Homemade Salad";
freshly ground black pepper.
Recipe cooking salads from fresh vegetables with mustard dressing
Fry sunflower seeds in a dry frying pan. Lettuce leaves dry and pick into pieces. Cherry tomatoes cut in half. Radish and red onion peel and finely chop. Cut the stem of the sweet pepper and remove the seeds, cut the pepper into rings. Chop green onions. Mix ingredients for dressing and lightly beat.Fold all the vegetables in a bowl, pour the salad over the dressing and sprinkle with the seeds.
