Franzhipan with dates and plums
Frangipan with dates and plums- a step by step recipe.
- 100 g of butter at room temperature;
- 2 eggs;
- 100 grams of dried pitted dates (can be replaced with raisins);
- 100 g ground almonds;
- 2 tbsp. l. liquid honey;
- 4 large plums.
Heat the oven to 1800s. Grease the baking dish with butter (except silicone molds). In the butter, beat the eggs one at a time, kneading each time until smooth. In the combine, chop the dates, add the oil-egg mixture, honey, almonds, combine. Lay out frangipan in the form. Slice plums and drown in dough. Bake using the same technology as in the recipe "Frangipan with apples". Remove from the oven, cool before serving.
