Cauliflower with bacon and potatoes
You will need
- cauliflower - 300-400 gr.
- bacon - 250-300 gr.
- potatoes - 2-3 pieces
- garlic - 1 clove
- white wine - 100-150 ml
- flour - 150 gr.
- unrefined olive oil
- parsley - 200 gr.
- dill - 100 gr.
Cauliflower cut into inflorescences and boil for a couple for 15-18 minutes. Pour the flour into a cup, pour cold water (200-250 ml), mix well and allow to stand for 20-30 minutes.
Boiled cauliflower roll in flour mixture. Put on a pan, sprinkled with olive oil. Fry until golden brown.
Put in a glass one slice of garlic and a little coarse salt, blender grind in mashed potatoes. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and add white wine.
Cut the potatoes into cubes, fry for 10-12 minutes in a frying pan with a small amount of olive oil. Add finely chopped bacon, pour the wine and garlic mixture on top and cook for another 8-10 minutes.
